Camp Sol hosts an event to facilitate families as they transition back to school. Families have lunch together and engage in family activities, educational seminars, and support groups for both parents and children.

This event includes a family picnic, fun activities for children, and a parent gathering with helpful information for transitioning back to school.  This will be a time to ask questions, discuss information, meet other bereaved parents and have fun with your family – all with the intent of helping you celebrate the life of your child and continue your healing process.  Child life specialists, social workers, music therapists, nurses, physicians, play therapists, community grief support representatives, and other bereaved parents will lead the activities.  Volunteers will be available to assist with children under 4 years of age.

Deadlines are typically 2 weeks prior.
