Family Application Forms

If your family would like to attend one of Camp Sol’s events, fill out and submit the online the Family Application Form.
This form will allow you to register for the Family Retreat Weekend, Holiday Gathering, or Back to School events.

Volunteer Forms

The contributions of our volunteers are the heart and soul of what keeps Camp Sol going.  If you would like to volunteer with Camp Sol, please fill out the Volunteer Application Form and download the Background Check Form. If you are a returning volunteer, please fill out the Returning Volunteer Application Form.
